* Express Medical Courier services will be used for non-Orlando area clients when the unit cannot be delivered to our lab for processing within 48 hours. This may include deliveries taking place on weekends, holidays or any other day which FedEx pickup cannot be scheduled.

Should this contract be cancelled for any reason prior to processing the cord blood unit (including voluntary cancellation or inability to collect the blood), Cryobanks International, Inc. will retain a $150 administration fee and any additional shipping fees. The remainder will be returned to the client or paying party.
